By browsing or ordering on this website you agree to these terms. All content, imagery, product names and marks on this site belong to Victus Cycles and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Products and specifications
Specifications, colours and prices are indicative and may change without notice. Range figures such as 30 km are measured under test conditions and vary with rider weight, terrain, tyre pressure, temperature and riding style.
Orders and pricing
An order is an offer to buy. It is confirmed only once payment is received and we send a written confirmation. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your card details. Where a payment is captured but the order cannot be fulfilled, the amount is refunded to the original payment method.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk in the product passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the packaging on arrival and report visible transit damage within 48 hours with photographs.
Cancellation and returns
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. After delivery, an unused cycle in its original packaging may be returned within 7 days; return logistics costs may be deducted from the refund. Consumable and wear items are not returnable.
Safe riding
Riders must follow all applicable local traffic laws, wear a helmet and ride within legal speed limits. The cycle is not intended for stunt riding, racing, towing or loads beyond the stated capacity.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Victus Cycles is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the product or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
