Warranty terms
Warranty starts on the date of delivery and applies to the original purchaser, against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
What is covered
- Aluminium 6061 frame and fork24 months
- 250W rated motor12 months
- Controller and wiring harness12 months
- 9Ah lithium-ion battery12 months
- Charger6 months
- Display and switchgear12 months
What is not covered
- Normal wear items: tyres, tubes, brake pads, chain, cables, grips and saddle cover.
- Damage from accidents, misuse, stunt riding, racing, overloading or unauthorised modification.
- Water ingress caused by pressure washing or submerging the cycle. The IP67 rating covers rain and splashes, not immersion beyond the rated limits.
- Battery capacity loss from natural ageing. A battery retaining at least 70% of rated capacity within the warranty period is considered normal.
- Corrosion caused by storing the cycle unwashed after exposure to sea air or road salt.
- Service carried out by anyone other than an authorised Victus dealer.
Making a claim
Contact your nearest authorised dealer, or write to support@victuscycles.in with your order reference, frame number and photographs of the issue. Keep your invoice — it is your proof of purchase.
Approved claims are repaired or replaced at our discretion. Replaced parts carry the remainder of the original warranty period, not a new one. Transport of the cycle to and from the service point is the owner's responsibility.
